1. About Sage

Sage is a private, local-first personal operations assistant developed and operated by Hrudai Nirmal. It is not offered as a general public or commercial service.

2. Authorized use

Sage may be connected only to accounts and data that its owner is authorized to access. The owner is responsible for maintaining account security, reviewing requested permissions, and complying with Google’s applicable terms and policies.

3. Assistant actions

Sage can retrieve information, produce drafts, create reminders, and propose or execute supported operations. Automated systems can make mistakes. The owner must review consequential actions, particularly messages, deletions, calendar changes, and file operations. Approval controls reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

4. Availability and changes

Sage may be unavailable when the host computer, network, local models, Google APIs, or supporting services are unavailable. Features, permissions, and these terms may change as the project develops.

5. No professional advice

Sage’s outputs are informational and operational assistance. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Third-party services

Google services and other external providers remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Sage does not control their availability or policies.

7. Disclaimer

Sage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

8. Ending access

Use may be stopped at any time by shutting down Sage and disconnecting its credentials. Google access can also be revoked from the connected Google Account’s security settings.
